This would be more impressive with a “before” shot, but I did not take one. Picture it dirty and unpainted and the wood veneer chipping off at the bottom - there you go. Got the idea from here, but unlike her, I like my flat surfaces covered in trinkets. And hell if I’m gonna pay for new drawer knobs. 

Oh, and it’s like that because all I could find was my super-zoomy lens, so I had my door open and my back to the stairwell and still couldn’t get it all in, and then Photoshop wasn’t having any of this fitting-together-correctly nonsense.
